“Butter, Not Margarine Is Extremely Dangerous To Your Health”
By Steven Montes

My name is Steven Montes, I am a Scientist in Tucson, Arizona, and the owner of Montes Orthopedic.  I have discovered that “Butter” not margarine is very dangerous to your health when scorched.  Butter has the lowest melting point of all the cooking oils known to man.  When scorched, it becomes one of the most dangerous, and strongest carcinogens (cancer causing agent) know to man.

Although it is safe as a spread on foods like toast, or other foods as a toping in its solid state, the molecular structure of butter changes to a pathogen after being scorched.   This carcinogen (cancer causing agent) when subjected to high temperatures as in microwave cooking, conventional oven baking, or frying is very dangerous at this state for human consumption.

I have also discovered that the longer butter is subjected to heat where scorching is present, the stronger the carcinogen (cancer causing agent) becomes, increasing your chances of contracting cancer, much more likely.

If you would like more information on this subject, I can be reached by e-mail Smontes@scientist.com or by phone at 520-749-1105, If sending your letters to my snail mail address, please send in care of:
