"Paper Pulp Bricks"By Steven Montes
My name is Steven Montes, I am a scientist in Tucson, Arizona. I have developed several different technology, in different fields of science.
One of the technologies that I have just completed, is a technology that makes all construction blocks obsolete, in the development of housing, and construction. I have invented a construction block, or brick using recycled newspaper and cement. I have also created a tile that is placed on a roof, as well, made of the same material.
A) One of the main features of this block, is its insolation factor. This block will insulated a house of building fully from the heat or cold., only because newspaper is considered one of the most highly insulated material known to man. The reduction in energy to heat, or cool a home made of these new materials, will reduce energy cost by about 9/10.
B) Because of the high concentrations of chemicals that go into the making of newspaper used in this block, this block is mold resistence, non-allergenic, and is resistant to termites.
C) This block weights 2/3rds less than a other block its size, which will reduce the shipping expenditure by 2/3rds as well. In addition this block does not need to be fired in a large oven, or kiln, and is dried in the sun. Which greatly reduces the energy cost to manufacture.
D) Because of the fibrous content of the block, this block is much stronger than any other block, also because of the fibrous content, this block will endure any stress factor coming from the settlement of a foundation, or earthquake situation.
E) The new materials used in this process, can be formed, colored, designed, and used to make lawn furniture as well.
What I would like to do, is work with your company to develop several manufacturing plants all over the US, and international as well. To meet the supply and demand, that will occur from the sales of these new products globally. Maybe forming a new corporation might be an option. There so many possibilities that this product has to offer. I can be reached at: Smontes@scientist.com or at my home at 520-749-1105, and thank you for your time. © Steven Montes |
