" California's Current Earthquakes"

Printable Version

By Steven Montes

My current science project now is in the research of why the Bay of San Diego, Ca. is 2 degrees warmer than the ocean.  All indicators, with the current earthquakes that have hit Honduras, together with the dumping of large amounts of waste water in a huge crack in the earth in Tijuana, Mexico, all point to several earthquakes and one  major earthquake eruption in California some time this year.  I am predicting that this eruption will be big enough to destroy most of California.  How does this concern us in Tucson.  At the time we learn in the news about this major eruption, Tucsonans will have about twelve to reach the top of Mt. Lemon driving, but will have to take a bicycle to reach the top because of all the cars that will be backed up.  I also predict that it will only take three hours for a Tsunami measuring sixty feet high to reach Tucson.  After the Tsunami recedes, I have calculated that Tucson will be under twenty-five feet of water. The visible signs alarming us to this disaster will be in the odd and disruptive behavior of our pets and wild animals, especially that in birds.
